How can I cancel my order?
Our fulfillment system is fully automated to ensure ultra-fast shipping. Because of this, we’re unable to cancel orders once they've been placed. Please double-check everything before confirming your purchase.

Do you ship worldwide?
At this time, we ship exclusively within the USA. Unfortunately, we can’t deliver to PO Boxes or military addresses.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed and packed immediately to meet our express delivery standards, so we’re unable to make changes or cancel your order once it’s placed. Double-check your shipping info and items before checking out.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including VISA, Mastercard, and AMEX.

When will my order be processed?
Orders placed before 11 AM (Monday–Friday) ship the same day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or during holidays will ship the next business day.

How long will delivery take?
We offer fast, tracked 2-day shipping within the USA. While we strive for on-time delivery, delays due to carriers (weather, holidays, etc.) are sometimes outside our control.

What if my order hasn’t arrived?
Check your tracking link first—it updates in real time. If it shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with neighbors or your building’s front desk. Still no luck? Email us at orders@monstadildos.com and we’ll help you out.

What if I received the wrong or damaged item?
If something’s not right, email us right away with your order number, clear photos of the item(s), and a brief description. We’ll sort it quickly.

Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy on unused, unopened items in their original packaging. Due to hygiene standards, we cannot accept used items or offer exchanges. Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Can I ship to a locker?
We require a signature for all deliveries. If you’re shipping to a locker, please confirm with your provider that they can sign for parcels. High-value orders may require an adult signature upon delivery for added security.

Can I select the softness?
Our dildos are crafted using Monsta Dildos™ Dynamic Density™ technology, which combines firm and soft zones in each toy for an uncannily lifelike feel. Each piece is hand-poured using premium German platinum silicone. We do not offer separate firmness options, as every toy is designed to deliver the perfect balance of structure and realism.
